QUESTIONS OF FAITH?

Church Lounge on Thursday 1st December at 7.30pm.  An informal, fun evening where your questions about the Christian faith can be answered.  Bring whatever you have always wanted to ask!  Rupert will be attempting to answer your questions.  A glass of sherry and a mince pie will help to fuel the evening along.  Please sign up at the back so we know how much sherry to get!  All are welcome.

ST MARK’S PRAYER MEETING

on Tuesday 6th December from 7.30-8pm at the Vicarage.  A chance for us to pray for all that is going on at St Mark’s.  Jesus said “ask and you shall receive” and this informal meeting is an opportunity to do our asking.

PRAM SERVICE

on Wednesday 7th December at 10.30 in church.  A short service for parents, babies and young children lasting about 15 minutes and followed by refreshments and play in the hall.

CHRISTMAS FAIR

at St Saviour’s Church, Scott Road, Wallisdown on Saturday 10th December from 10am to 12 noon.  Tombola, Bottle stall, Books, Games, Raffle, Home-made Cakes, Gifts, Father Christmas.

EMU – TASTE OF CHRISTMAS

EMU are hosting the 2nd ‘Taste of Christmas’ evening in St Mark’s Church hall on Tuesday 13th December 2011 at 7.30pm.  This is an evening of crafts, fellowship and fun for ladies in the church with the opportunity to bring your friends along and have fun.  There will be 7 different stations of craft to do and each craft station will have an individual table price of between £1 and £3 to cover materials.  Entry tickets cost £2.  For tickets please see the EMU team at the back of the Church after Sunday morning services or call Emma Hunter on 0780 3047299.  Mulled wine or soft drinks and Christmas biscuits are included.
